“Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are very cozy. Staff is wonderful!!!! I would recommend bringing a small TV and fire/roku stick just in case it rains throughout your stay and you can't make it out in town. Such a cute little gift shop in the hotel with the most wonderful robes and slippers. We will definitely be back.”

“The room was clean and very convenient to downtown Apalachicola. The only major issues were that the AC did not work the entire time of our stay and we were locked out of the main entrance. We reported the AC problem and never received a call back or response. The digital lock had to be reset and finally we were able to access our room to check out.”

“Although the property is old, it is well-maintained. The room had a slight musty odor when we opened the door , but after running the A/C for an hour or so, the odor was pretty much gone. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful..very accommodating and helpful.”

“L'albergo si trova in una zona strategica per la piccola cittadina,si arriva a piedi ovunque. La casa,l'entrata,la sala per la colazione,come anche le stanze sono bellissime, proprio come una volta. Un posto molto romantico. Da migliorare ci sarebbe: la colazione, perché offrono poco, come un normale INN, con una frittata preparata da loro, fatto con la carne. “I enjoyed my stay at the Franklin Inn. Coming back into Carrabelle during the July 4th holiday to visit family friends/ god-kids and to move out of my previous studio was a lot but thankfully The Franklin Inn made the beginning of my leg of the trip easy and comfortable. Thank you!”
